February 2, 2021, on the occasion of World Wetlands Day, this emblematic heritage of the Jura mountains has joined the network of 50 Ramsar-labelled sites in France.
This international distinction comes
highlight the exceptional character of our high-altitude peatlands and lakes
and underline the commitment of the 52 municipalities that make up the Ramsar site to promote and preserve them.
